ZigZag presents Michael Foisy

It’s a bit chilly on this spring morning. We drove to Montreal all the way from Saguenay the day before. As our fingers tighten on the chilling metal parts of the filming equipment and as our nostrils flow, the young man Michaël Foisy comes up, all smiles at the thought of skating.

After a few warm-ups which are already impressive, the skate artist sets to work and follows one after the other technical figures on features which at first glance are more or less imposing. Michaël offered us, even after this one session rich visual content. On the next day, the athlete offered to go to the new skatepark that Vans financed near the Olympic Stadium in Montreal: who are we to refuse more filming material with a sportsman from that caliber?

This video is therefore a round up of the images captured during a memorable weekend of filming in Montreal with a talented and motivated young man. We look forward to being able to film with you again brave young man!
